How do I order?
For now we take orders by email. Tap Order by email on any design, or write to [email protected] with the design and your delivery address. We’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm your order and how to pay.
How do I pay?
By PayPal. We’ll send the payment details when we confirm your order.
Where do you send from?
Every order is packed by hand and sent from Victoria with Australia Post. We deliver within Australia.
Delivery, returns and gifts
Free delivery on orders of A$78 or more. A$7.95 below that.
When will it arrive?
We send your order within 2 business days of payment. Delivery is free on orders of A$78 or more, and A$7.95 below that.
Can I return or exchange earrings?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t take back or exchange earrings if you change your mind, so please choose carefully. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your earrings arrive faulty or not as described, email us with a photo and you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Can I send them as a gift?
Yes. Every pair comes in a clear gift box, ready to give. Tell us your message and we’ll write it on a card by hand. We can send the parcel straight to the person you’re giving it to, with no prices inside.
